Our hotels – the Central, the St. Johanner Hof and the Alpenvillen – are located at the heart of the scenic Kitzbüheler Alpen and only a stone’s throw from each other (max. distance is 250 meters or 2 minutes walking).  Our guests enjoy unlimited use of the superb facilities and services at all three hotels! The hotels are also only a short stroll from St. Johann’s lively pedestrian zone, the ski slopes and the Panorama Badewelt with day spa, indoor and outdoor pools.

Our in-house sauna is a place to relax and unwind. Children are welcome on Family Dayswhen the temperature is kept at a pleasant 60C.

Other relaxation facilities include a steam bath, a chormotherapy chill-out room, massage chairs, tanning beds, infrared sauna …. In short: we have all you need for a truly relaxing stay!  

Our tranquil sauna is a place to rejuvenate mind, body and soul. The contrast between the hot, dry air in the sauna and cold water afterwards is very invigorating and strengthens your immune system. New is our Family Day when kids are welcome. On Family Days the sauna has a temperature of 60°C and a humidity of approx. 55 % to provide an atmosphere that is deeply relaxing and enjoyable to be in for all the family.

Our steam room is maintained at a temperature of around 40°C, with a high humidity of around 100% adding to the sensation. Relaxing in a steam room is a great way to unwind and relieve stress.

With an average temperature of approx. 35°C infrared saunas provide a much milder environment than Finnish saunas. The infrared energy deeply penetrates the skin and warms the muscles and joints directly. Benefits of infrared saunas include detoxification, skin purification, improved circulation and relaxation. Our infrared sauna  comes with chromotherapy for an even more relaxing experience! 

Thanks to its central location the St. Johanner Hof makes a great base for outdoor activities and excursions. The restaurant offers buffet-style dining with a great selection of mouth-watering dishes. The hotel bar is a popular place to relax and enjoy a drink before or after dinner. The fantastic sauna facilities, the spacious garden, the colorful playroom, the covered play yard, the quaint Koasamandlalm and the large playground are all great places to while away the hours. The hotel has ample parking and an elevator to the rooms.

Our comfortable rooms, apartments and family rooms are all equipped with shower/WC or tub/WC, cable TV with 38 channels and four free Sky channels (Sky Cinema, Disney Channel, Sky Sport, Discovery Channel), radio, hairdryer, safe and balcony or terrace. Since we are a family hotel, smoking is not permitted inside the building. However, smoking is allowed outdoors and there are ashtrays on every balcony.

All rooms offer superb views of the surrounding mountains.
